Who plans on signing FAs when FA opens?

The reason I ask is we're running out of time between now and NHL opening night on Tuesday. We're supposed to open FA for a bit for those who want to use cash to sign FAs before the season starts. But I'm trying to see if anyone plans on signing anybody. Because if not, it would give the FA draft more time. Does anybody think they might sign someone when FA opens??

Out of cash so nope
