VOTE: Add Position Eligibility?

The proposed rule is that if https://www.dailyfaceoff.com/teams/anaheim-ducks/line-combinations shows a player in a new position, a team can request that position's eligibility be added to the player in Yahoo. Needs 6 YES votes to pass.

Adding prospect eligibility now has 7 YES votes, so this has passed and is now official

Also, currently, Daily Faceoff is showing projections in their lineup combos. So I think players will be eligible for adding position eligibility after the regular season starts and Daily Faceoff starts showing lineups from regular season line rushes.
