Further Moves? Ranks?
Since there is still time left in the NHL Season what happens from here for us? Can we still make signings? I would think No, league is done for the year.
But will rankings still change before season ends and if so what will our resign cost be factored into? Todays ranks or ranks when season ends next week?
So this is unchartered waters because we've never ended a season early.
My opinion is that FA signings freeze because our league has never allowed signings after the final was over and our season is over. So regardless whether Yahoo allows it or not, I think signings freeze.
As for rankings and resigns for next season, NHL players are still playing and I think resigns should be based off what player rankings are at the end of NHL season.
