FA to open at 7pm east coast / 4pm west coast

Since no one has objected to opening FA, FA will open in about 10 minutes at 7pm east and 4pm west. FA will stay open until Mon Oct 7 at 1159pm west. Then FA will re open Tue Oct 22 at 7pm east and 4pm west.
