4 Nations MVP Cash Prize

Forgot to mention this, but traditionally, we would give out cash prizes to the All Star Game MVP and skills competition winners. There's no skills competition this season and Im not entirely sure if there will be a 4 Nations MVP awarded, but if there is a 4 Nations MVP, I think whichever team owns rights to that player should be awarded $5.
